Leeds United Supporters Trust AGM 2010

Following our announcement that the Trust AGM will be held on Wednesday 13th January 2010 at 7.30pm we can now confirm the venue will be The Legends Lounge above Billys Bar at Elland Road, all members are welcome.

Following the formal meeting I hope to get chance to meet as many of you as possible in Billys Bar for a social get together and discussion about the future of the Trust.

Are we going to see an Agenda for AGM ahead of the meeting plus do we need our share certificate to prove membership?

as not all members have share certificates John that wont be needed but i will have a full membership list with me and should there be any doubt we can check the list.

the agenda will be available early next week, i would like to make it available earlier but as our membership secretary and several other members with input into the agenda are travelling hundreds of miles in what might be terrible weather conditions i really would like to leave it as late as possible to publish a confirmed agenda. hope thats understandable?

Agenda

1. Short introduction by current Acting Chairman Gary Cooper.
2. Presentation of Accounts by Treasurer Malcolm Christie.
3. Election of Board: Including Chairman, Secretary and Treasurer.
4. Recruitment: presentation By Steve Cooke.
5. Media and marketing: presentation by Lee Hicken.
6. Possible Trust/Club Initiative: presentation by Mark Jordan.
7. Any other business.

Should anyone wish to stand for election to the board please let us know either in advance or on the night.
Copies of the accounts will be made available to all members in attendance and can be made available to members who cannot attend by request.
The minutes of the meeting will be published on this website within 14 days of the AGM.
We hope to see as many members as can make the meeting and look forward to enjoying a drink and a chat in Billys Bar after the AGM.
