    Leeds Lights Empty Leeds Lights

    Am going up into the City Centre Thursday with my Daughter to join the 'Leeds Lights' Party. I usually park in the car park across from Bibis when I go into the centre, but don't know if it will be open late at night when I get back, does anyone know anywhere better to park in the city centre at night ?
